Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6 to 12 business days for most destinations.
Please note that the estimated delivery time begins from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, weather events, and local carrier delays.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware:

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer upon the package's arrival in the destination country.

Shipping Destinations & Unserviced Areas
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any order destined for a location we are unable to service due to logistical constraints, trade restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey as soon as it leaves our facility. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
While rare, if your tracking information indicates that your package is lost, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
